- This remote, project-based role is for U.S.-based finance and insurance professionals who can create and provide high-quality financial data for AI training and research. Deliverables may include synthetic or properly authorized financial models, loan and credit files, claims packets, KYC files, and reconciliation workbooks.
Responsibilities
- Create realistic finance and insurance datasets, with an initial focus on financial models, loan and credit files, claims packets, KYC files, and reconciliation workbooks.
- Label assumptions, products, counterparties, workflow stages, controls, decisions, exceptions, calculations, and supporting evidence.
- Review artifacts for numerical accuracy, regulatory awareness, internal consistency, and realistic risk, underwriting, claims, or reconciliation outcomes.
- Use synthetic or fully authorized materials and remove customer, account, policy, claimant, transaction, and other regulated identifiers.
Requirements
- Currently based in the United States.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Professional experience in banking, lending, payments, investment management, insurance, accounting, compliance, risk, or financial operations.
- Strong understanding of financial products, documentation, calculations, controls, and risk considerations in at least one specialty.
- Clear analytical writing, high attention to detail, and the ability to handle regulated information responsibly.
- Experience preparing financial models, loan or credit files, claims packets, KYC files, or reconciliation workbooks.
- Background in underwriting, claims, fraud, AML, compliance, operations, audit, or model governance.
- CPA, CFA, FRM, CPCU, FINRA license, banking credential, actuarial progress, or another relevant qualification.
