Job description

• We are looking for US IT Recruiters who can source, engage, screen, and coordinate with candidates, consultants, clients, and staffing partners to support recruitment and staffing requirements.
• The role involves candidate sourcing, requirement analysis, screening, interview coordination, consultant marketing, database management, follow-ups, and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Freshers with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in recruitment are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, and job requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• For Bench Sales roles, market available consultants to suitable client requirements and staffing vendors.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding consultant profiles and requirements.
• Follow up on submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Meet individual and team recruitment targets.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates, clients, and vendors.
• Stay updated on market requirements, recruitment trends, and relevant technologies.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
• Good sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet-based recruitment tools.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the staffing industry.
• B.Tech / B.E. preferred.
• Candidates with relevant technical knowledge and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Any Degree preferred.
• MBA candidates, especially those specializing in HR, are preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Semi-IT recruitment, US IT recruitment, Bench Sales, staffing, or a related field.
• Freshers are eligible and will be considered based on communication skills, learning ability, and interest in recruitment.
• Passionate about recruitment and staffing.
• Confident communicators.
• Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
• Good at building professional relationships.
• Quick learners with a positive attitude.
• Willing to work from Vijayawada, Guntur, or Narasaraopet.
