Job description
- Job Title: Project Analyst
- Location: National Capital Region (Washington DC and surrounding areas)
- Rivet Operations Company is looking for a Project Analyst to monitor project performance and perform budget tracking for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) in the National Capital Region.
- The Project Analyst role is responsible for monitoring technical milestones, tracking budgets and resource utilization, and converting complex project data into actionable insights. This position is a strong fit for a detail-oriented analyst who is comfortable managing schedules, action items, and reporting in a fast-paced federal program environment.
Responsibilities
- • Support development and upkeep of the Project Management Plan
- • Prepare status reports that cross-reference progress against the project schedule and deliverables
- • Support quality control processes, including review and approval procedures for deliverables and correction of identified deficiencies
- • Maintain project records in compliance with DHS records management and information protection requirements
Requirements
- • U.S. citizenship and able to pass a High-Risk Public Trust background investigation.
- • Must possess a Bachelor's degree related to the field of work.
- • 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in project coordination, scheduling, and or analytical support
- • Proficiency with project scheduling and tracking tools and familiarity with work-breakdown structure project management
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- • Prior experience within the Department of Homeland security with familiarity in cybersecurity is desired.
