• The Digital Experience & Marketing team creates innovative digital products and experiences that strengthen the client-advisor relationship and help clients achieve their financial goals. As a Digital Product Owner Intern, you'll work alongside product, design, analytics and technology teams to help shape digital experiences that deliver value for clients and advisors.
• Throughout the summer, you'll develop foundational skills in product strategy, customer experience, analytics, Agile delivery, and stakeholder collaboration while contributing to real business outcomes.
• As a Digital Product Owner Intern, you'll contribute to the development and enhancement of digital experiences that support clients and advisors. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll gain practical experience across key areas of digital product management including:
• Digital Product Strategy and Execution
• Consumer-Facing Web and Mobile Experiences
• Digital Analytics and Performance Measurement
• User Experience (UX) Research and Design
• Agile Product Development and Delivery

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of digital experiences that support clients and advisors
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gain practical experience across key areas of digital product management
• Develop foundational skills in product strategy, customer experience, analytics, Agile delivery, and stakeholder collaboration

Requirements

• Current Junior at a 4-year university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Project Management, Entrepreneurial Management, Marketing, or related field
• Graduation date of December 2027 or May/June 2028
• High degree of self-motivation with strong integrity and ethics
• Proven organization skills and ability to manage time effectively
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work and communicate collaboratively and constructively with others
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• A passion for and strong interest in engaging digital experiences, including consumer-facing websites and mobile apps

Benefits

• The estimated base salary for this role is $29/hourly. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
