Our clinic in Drummoyne is currently seeking a friendly and organised Medical Receptionist to join the team. This is a full time, permanent opportunity, working Monday to Friday, with shifts between 7:30am - 9:00pm. As well as the opportunity to work Saturday’s and Sunday’s.

- Our clinic in Drummoyne is currently seeking a friendly and organised Medical Receptionist to join the team. This is a full time, permanent opportunity, working Monday to Friday, with shifts between 7:30am - 9:00pm. As well as the opportunity to work Saturday’s and Sunday’s.
- As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing an important role in creating a positive and professional patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
- Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
Requirements
- ✅ Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- ✅ Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
- ✅ Relevant reception experience.
- ✅ Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
