• OpenLoop is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to design, operate, and lead end-to-end customer marketing campaigns that work hand-in-hand with our Sales and Customer Success teams. In this role, you will play a leading part in helping our customers discover, understand, and deploy new opportunities for their business to better serve patients.
• This is a chance to help lead the next phase of OpenLoop's growth by expanding the reach and adoption of our broad, rapidly growing portfolio of program offerings — building the strategy and infrastructure to turn existing customers into long-term, expanding partners.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Planning: Partner with Customer Success on one-to-one account planning for strategic accounts, identifying and pursuing expansion opportunities tailored to each customer's business.
• Broad-Based Customer Campaigns: Work with Customer Success to build broad-based customer campaigns that drive awareness of best practices and new programs that can expand a customer's offering or business.
• Customer Education Content: Collaborate with the Content team to develop best-practice and program-level educational materials that help clients visualize the path to expanding their business.
• Integrated Campaign Execution: Set up and execute integrated, end-to-end customer marketing campaigns across email, events, content, and other lifecycle channels.
• Product-Led Growth: Run product-led growth campaigns that drive awareness and adoption of new products across the existing customer base.
• Data-Driven Opportunity Identification: Dive deep into customer and usage data to uncover and prioritize cross-sell and upsell opportunities across accounts and segments.
• Reporting & Insights: Own customer marketing data and reporting, regularly reporting out to cross-functional stakeholders and the executive team on the progress and impact of customer education and marketing efforts.
• Program Leadership: Regularly bring new customer expansion ideas to the Marketing and Customer Success teams, taking a leadership role in this function from ideation through execution and reporting.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in customer or lifecycle marketing at a B2B company.
• Proven experience working closely with Customer Success or Account Management teams, spanning both one-to-one account planning and broader, campaign-based customer marketing.
• An AI power user. You use AI to analyze data, ideate, draft first pass copy, and feed success back into your ideation models.
• Strong command of lifecycle marketing across email, events, content, and other channels.
• Proven experience diving deep into data to uncover and determine cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• A builder mindset with a high degree of ownership, speed, curiosity, and attention to detail.
• HubSpot experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or health tech is a plus, but not required.
