- HealthFitness is seeking friendly, customer-focused Front Desk Attendants to create a welcoming experience for members at our client site. This part-time opportunity offers approximately 10 hours per week and is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and supporting a positive fitness environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required. (remove for community sites)
- Previous customer service experience a plus.
- Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
