• Shanghai | Hybrid | 2–3+ days/week
• Want to build AI solutions that people actually use?
• We’re looking for an AI Builder Intern to join our People & Culture (HR) team.
• This is probably not the typical HR internship you have in mind.
• We are looking for someone who is genuinely good at AI — not just someone who knows how to use ChatGPT or write prompts, but someone who can understand a real business problem, figure out how AI can help, and turn the idea into a working solution.
• You’ll work directly with our HR team on real challenges and have plenty of room to experiment, build and learn.

• 你会直接和HR团队一起工作，面对真实的业务需求，也会有比较大的空间去探索、尝试和创造。

Responsibilities

• Talk with HR colleagues to understand their real needs, pain points and ideas
• Turn those needs into practical AI use cases and solutions
• Build and prototype AI apps, agents, automated workflows and other AI-powered tools
• Explore different AI tools and platforms and figure out what works best for each problem
• Test your solutions with real users, collect feedback and keep improving them
• Help us discover new ways AI can change how HR works — from recruiting and learning to talent management, employee experience, analytics and beyond
• 把一个可能还比较模糊的需求，梳理成清晰的 AI Use Case
• 根据需求搭建和开发 AI App、AI Agent、自动化Workflow或其他AI解决方案
• 把Prototype给真实用户使用，根据反馈不断迭代
• 和我们一起探索AI还能怎样改变HR——招聘、学习与发展、人才管理、员工体验、数据分析、知识管理……都可能成为你的实验场

Requirements

• Are really into AI and actively explore new AI tools, models and applications
• Don’t just use AI — you enjoy building things with AI
• Have experience with some combination of AI agents, workflow automation, APIs, prompt engineering, vibe coding, no-code/low-code tools or AI application development
• Can take a somewhat vague business problem, ask the right questions and turn it into something that actually works
• Are curious, hands-on and comfortable experimenting when there isn’t a ready-made answer
• Communicate well and enjoy working with people who may not have a technical background
• Can work at least 2–3 full days per week

• 好奇心强，喜欢动手尝试，不需要别人把每一步都告诉你
• 有不错的沟通和协作能力，能够和没有技术背景的同事一起工作
• 每周可以保证至少 2–3个完整工作日
• Nice to have, but definitely not a must.
• If you’re curious about people, organizations and how companies work, that’s already a great start. We can help you learn the HR side.
• What we care about more is your AI capability, problem-solving mindset and ability to build.

• 有HR相关知识或经历当然更好，但不是Must-have。
