• The Systems Integration Analyst - Network Admin at NTT DATA in Bangalore is responsible for leading L1 troubleshooting, resolving complex network incidents, and ensuring the stability of business-critical network services. The role involves multi-site routing, firewall and VPN connectivity issues, and high performance degradation. Key duties include performing diagnostics with tools like Wireshark and CLI, validating network changes, raising problem tickets, and guiding junior engineers. Candidates should have 2–4 years of NOC/Network Support experience, a strong understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), switching technologies, wireless, and firewall concepts, and proficiency with CLI tools (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Aruba). A CCNA is required, with CCNP preferred. Experience in monitoring analytics and trend interpretation is essential.

• We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Analyst - Network Admin to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
• G6 engineers handle advanced L1 operations and act as the bridge between L1 and L2. They perform deep troubleshooting, validate changes, and ensure stability of business‑critical network services.

Responsibilities

• Multi‑site routing issues
• Firewall / VPN connectivity issues
• High CPU/memory or device performance degradation
• Perform detailed diagnostics using tools like Wireshark, CLI checks, NetFlow.
• Validate network changes executed by L2/L3 teams (pre/post checks).
• Identify recurring issues and raise problem tickets with RCA inputs.
• Drive communication in outage calls and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Guide G4/G5 engineers; ensure quality of SOP adherence and ticket handling.
• Participate in creating or improving runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base.
• Support service restoration and follow ITIL processes for major incidents.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of NOC/Network Support experience.
• Strong understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP basics), switching technologies, wireless, and firewall concepts.
• Experience using CLI (Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet/Aruba).
• Solid understanding of monitoring analytics and trend interpretation.
• CCNA required; CCNP (preferred).
