- Own the technical project lifecycle by managing timelines, milestones, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful site-level execution.
- Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, manufacturers, and ODM vendors throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders — including customers, SI partners, development teams, and on-site operations — to drive successful project outcomes.
- Monitor deployment performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and proactively recommend improvements.
- Cross-Functional Feedback & Product Insight
- Collect and synthesize field and customer feedback to provide actionable insights to sales and development teams.
- Prepare completion reports and structured documentation for each deployment phase.
Requirements
- Experience in executing projects related to Unmanned forklifts or AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots)or AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles).
- Experience leading or executing the full project lifecycle: kick-off, implementation, on-site setup, commissioning, final inspection, and completion reporting.
- 2+ years of Project Management (PM) experience in System Integration (SI), solutions, or logistics/manufacturing automation.
- Proven track record of analyzing customer requirements and successfully leading projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including customers, SI partners, development teams, and on-site operations.
- Ability and willingness to travel for long-term assignments (2+ months) to other US states or neighboring North American (NA) countries
