• We are hiring an Operations Associate to serve as a critical operational backbone for our fast-growing GTM team and manage our central London hub.
• This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role for a proactive problem-solver who enjoys working across data, technology, project management, and day-to-day office operations. You will sit at the intersection of revenue operations, business operations, and local team enablement—ensuring our GTM processes run cleanly while maintaining a great working environment in our UK office.
• You will work closely with our VP of GTM Strategy & Operations and cross-functional leaders, gaining direct exposure to how a high-growth AI company scales its commercial engine and internal infrastructure.
• Our CRM and GTM platforms (HubSpot, Clay) maintain a high bar of data accuracy and cleanliness.
• Day-to-day GTM tool issues are resolved quickly on Slack, keeping revenue reps focused on selling.
• Cross-functional projects driven by GTM Strategy & Operations land on time with clear stakeholder alignment.
• The London office runs seamlessly as a functional, vibrant hub for the local team and visiting colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Data Quality & Hygiene: Maintain high data integrity by executing data cleaning and deduplication across multiple platforms, including Clay and HubSpot.
• Front-Line Tech Support: Serve as the primary Slack support contact for our GTM team, troubleshooting day-to-day tech issues and tool workflows.
• Special Projects: Partner directly with the VP of GTM Strategy & Operations on high-priority initiatives across business operations, finance operations, revenue operations, and ad-hoc commercial tasks.
• Keep cross-functional projects on track by coordinating stakeholder teams, monitoring milestones, and ensuring clear communication across dependencies.
• Document lightweight operational processes to help the team scale efficiently.
• Own the day-to-day operations of the UK office in London, ensuring the space is always fully stocked, organized, well-maintained, and set up for team success.
• Coordinate local vendor relationships, supplies, and office logistics to foster an inviting, productive workplace.

Requirements

• Operational Drive: Proven ability to manage multiple distinct workstreams—from data tasks to office logistics—with high attention to detail and follow-through.
• Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Comfort working with or learning GTM tools. Direct experience with Clay, HubSpot, Airspeed, Nooks, or Alguna is a plus, but not required—we will train you up on all these platforms.
• Data Hygiene Mindset: Systematic approach to organizing, cleaning, and verifying data across different software platforms.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Strong communication skills with the ability to keep project teams aligned, accountable, and moving forward.
• Problem-Solving Orientation: A helpful, service-oriented attitude when supporting colleagues via Slack or resolving office challenges.
• Builder Mindset: High ownership and flexibility to adapt as priorities shift in a fast-paced Series A environment.
