Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the collection, sorting, classification and filing of the documents. Ensure that all processing procedures conform to the specification
- Help supervisor to coordinate logistic issue
- Other tasks supervisor asked for
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade or Logistics, or a related field of study
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Good skills in both written and verbal English
- A good team player and willing to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office programs (especial: Excel, Ward) and other basic software.
