• We are currently seeking a IT Project Manager - ONSITE to join our team in San Diego, California (US-CA), United States (US). Please note that this role will be on-site 5 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Manage each project’s scope and timeline
• Reporting metrics, project updates
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality stand
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
• Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in a Project Management
• 5+ yrs experience of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• 5+ yrs of experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Familiarity with software development
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
• PMP/Scrum master certification is a plus
• ADO skills

• NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $96,492 – 120,615. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
