• Are you passionate about cars and enjoy helping people? Hunter Automotive Group is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team and be the connection between our customers and our service department.
• As a Service Advisor, you’ll help customers understand their vehicle’s maintenance and repair needs, work closely with our technicians, and make sure every customer receives clear communication and an exceptional experience.
• Automotive experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate who has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help people.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience
• Greet customers and listen carefully to their vehicle concerns.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on customer needs.
• Explain recommended repairs and services clearly and professionally.
• Provide estimates and communicate changes in service needs, costs, or timelines.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Follow up after service to ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
• Service Coordination
• Schedule and manage service appointments.
• Work closely with technicians to understand vehicle concerns and recommended repairs.
• Translate technical information into clear, easy-to-understand solutions for customers.
• Manage multiple repair orders while helping maintain an efficient service workflow.
• Ensure customer and repair order information is accurate and up to date.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or automotive.
• Previous Service Advisor experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical information in a simple and professional way.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair is helpful.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the automotive industry.
