Job description

• Orion Security Solutions (OSS) is seeking an experienced, driven Western Region Account Executive to develop new business and expand customer relationships throughout the Western United States.
• As a Western Region Account Executive, you will report to the Vice President of Sales and will be responsible for supporting business development efforts throughout the assigned region. This position is expected to report to the Las Vegas office approximately 25% of the time and requires travel approximately 50% of the time based on business and client needs. The remaining 25% of the position may be performed remotely, subject to business needs, job responsibilities, and management approval. These percentages are intended as general expectations and may vary based on operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• The Western Region Account Executive is responsible for developing new business opportunities and building and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the assigned territory.
• This position will identify prospective customers, uncover business and security needs, and develop opportunities from initial contact through close. Once an opportunity has been identified, the Account Executive will collaborate with OSS's Design and Estimating teams to define customer requirements, clarify project needs, and help ensure accurate solutions and proposals.
• The Account Executive will work closely with the Vice President of Sales and other OSS departments to support customers throughout the sales process and build long-term partnerships.
• Develop new business and expand OSS's customer base throughout the Western Region.
• Meet and/or exceed sales goals and quotas established by OSS management.
• Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Consistently meet established prospecting and new-contact objectives.
• Manage opportunities through the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting through contract execution and close.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, site visits, and other business development activities.
• Collaborate with Design, Estimating, Operations, and other internal teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs.
• Engage internal resources, manufacturers, vendors, and external business partners as needed to support customer opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of customer contacts, opportunities, activities, and follow-up within the CRM system.
• Maintain organized documentation of sales activities, proposals, customer communications, and opportunities.
• Meet established customer satisfaction objectives.
• Communicate potential challenges, customer concerns, and business needs to management in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with OSS business partners and industry contacts.
• Maintain knowledge of OSS solutions, product lines, manufacturers, and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development.
• Utilize professional networking and social media platforms to build relationships, generate leads, and increase awareness of OSS capabilities.
• Maintain accurate mileage and business expense records and submit documentation in accordance with company policy.
