- Hiring for our seasonal positions occurs on a rolling basis. Applications will be accepted until December 15th or until the positions are filled (whichever is first).
- The Front Desk Associate at Horizon Pass Lodge in Beaver Creek - Bachelor Gulch is the face of the hotel, greeting guests, checking in and out, and ensuring a memorable stay for every guest. Previous hospitality experience is preferred; a valid US driver’s license, professional appearance, and strong organizational skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Open front desk and lobby each morning, review arrivals and departures, update housekeeping report.
- Check guests in and out, conduct pre-arrival communications, and follow up with guests after arrival.
- Conduct daily inspections of managed condominium units, logging inspection dates and reporting issues found.
- Provide assistance to homeowners and guests in person and on the phone.
- Newspaper and package delivery
- Assist with projects
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Experience in hospitality preferred.
- Valid US driver’s license.
- Professional appearance and excellent written and verbal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
