Responsibilities
- Transports patients to and from appointments in a safe and timely manner.
- Delivers and retrieves patients from various facilities for doctor's appointments; picks up admissions from hospitals and other locations.
- Inspects the company van monthly using the Vehicle Maintenance Log and reports all maintenance or vehicle needs to the Administrator.
Requirements
- Must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record in accordance with the company's Driver and Vehicle Safety Policy.
- Must have a valid CNA certification in the state of Mississippi
