- The Leasing Agent facilitates the rental of apartment units to ensure maximum occupancy at all times. Coordinates move-ins and move-outs, lease negotiations and renewals, and apartment showings.
Responsibilities
- Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries and property tours
- Process rental applications and lease agreements.
- Maintain positive relationships with residents and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the property management team to meet leasing goals
- Market available units through online listings, social media, and community outreach
- Represents Village Green at various outside networking & social functions
- Problem-solving skills
Requirements
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Lease-up experience
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Previous leasing or real estate experience is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in property management software is a plus
