• Shifts: 06:30 - 14:30 (Mon - Fri), 07:00 - 15:00 (Mon - Fri), rotating

• We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Controller to join our Warehouse team at our site on Longbridge Lane, Derby.
• As a Warehouse Operations Controller you will provide support within the Warehouse Operations Team to ensure quality and delivery targets, process adherence and customer expectations are met to the highest standard.
• To do this you will utilise all Incora's operational systems to raise and resolve issues ensuring the team’s performance is optimised.
• Additionally you will deliver training in line with training schedules ensuring two-way feedback takes place via regular one to one’s and coaching sessions as well as take responsibility for various reports in line with KPI’s.
• You will need a flexible approach as an Operations Controller, undertaking Warehouse duties as and when required to ensure the team delivers the required daily output in a flexible and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide support within the Warehouse Operations Team to ensure quality and delivery targets, process adherence and customer expectations are met to the highest standard.
• Utilise all Incora's operational systems to raise and resolve issues ensuring the team’s performance is optimised.
• Deliver training in line with training schedules ensuring two-way feedback takes place via regular one to one’s and coaching sessions.
• Take responsibility for various reports in line with KPI’s.
• Undertake Warehouse duties as and when required to ensure the team delivers the required daily output in a flexible and professional manner.

Requirements

• You will have previous experience of working within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• You will possess excellent attention to detail and be able to communicate effectively in both written form and verbally.
• You will have some basic administration experience with solid computer literacy, able to learn and adapt to new systems.
• Previous experience of supervising a team or holding a Train the Trainer certification are both desirable.
