• Design Within Reach is looking for Warehouse Associates to join our team! To uphold our high shipping standards, you'll work in a fast-paced environment as you receive, pack and ship DWR merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Unload or pack freight.
• Prepare receipts to help separate freight by SKU #.
• Stack and palletize product to utilize storage.
• Label each carton with barcode labels in a uniform manner.
• Count and verify quantities to a Packing list.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• This might be you if you have the following experience, skills and abilities:
• The ability to thrive in a very fast-paced environment.
• The ability to fulfill the responsibilities of a physically demanding position – constant lifting.
• The ability to consistently lift up to 50 - 75lbs.
• The ability to team-lift up to 250 lbs occasionally
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible availability for overtime and weekend work.

• Store Hours: Open daily, Sunday through Saturday (weekend and holiday availability required)
• Compensation range for this role is $20.00 - $21.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
