Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Merakey team to support all individual behavior support service needs
- Conduct training related to the behavior support services for the participant, family members, and staff
- Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments
- Development and maintenance of Behavior Support Plans (BSP)
- Work within multidisciplinary settings with physicians, nurses, direct staff, etc.
Requirements
- Master’s degree with BCBA Certification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a Behavior Analyst
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in creating personalized Behavioral Support Plans

- The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will work within the EBSH completing assessments, writing personalized Behavior Support Plans, and training and mentoring the support team.
