About Crowned Grace International
Accountability. The PM owns the result. Our Leaders take responsibility for the success of the vision, mission, and strategy - and we hold a no-excuse-here mindset. On a FFP task order where savings and overruns both stay with us, that ownership is financial as well as operational. Integrity & Trust. Always the first to tell the truth. The PM surfaces a slipping deliverable or an adoption problem to the COR before the COR finds it - that is how trust is earned, and trust is the foundation of a change management engagement. Organizational Influence. Business acumen through organizational agility, political savvy, and time management. Reading ACF's political landscape and sequencing change accordingly is the job. Marketplace Ministry. This work is a calling. Our client's mission is the well-being of children and families; every hour of acquisition capability we build is an hour that mission runs better.
