Responsibilities
- Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
- Receive and direct visitors and guests
- Handle daily UPS, FEDEX and USPS shipments
- Order office supplies
- Schedule employee travel (flights, hotels, rental cars)
- Provide administrative support to home office departments
- Assist with company events and complete projects as requested
- Help with filing as needed
Requirements
- Experience using a multi-line phone system, with the ability to screen communications based on predetermined guidelines
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual
- Experience working on cross functional teams
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong self-motivation
