Job description

• Are you organized, detail-oriented, able to work well under pressure, and comfortable helping people over the phone? SERVPRO of Bountiful is looking for a Mitigation Scheduling and Dispatch Coordinator to keep our crews scheduled, customers informed, and daily operations running smoothly.
• You’ll help customers who may be dealing with stressful property damage situations. A calm attitude, clear communication, and dependable follow-through are essential.

Responsibilities

• - Answer incoming calls professionally and gather accurate customer and job information.
• - Schedule and dispatch mitigation crews according to job priorities and management direction.
• - Coordinate appointments, return visits, and schedule changes with customers and field teams.
• - Communicate arrival windows, delays, and updates promptly.
• - Keep schedules, job records, and messages accurate and current.
• - Follow instructions, company protocols, and established procedures.
• - Bring urgent concerns and scheduling conflicts to the appropriate manager.
• - Follow through on callbacks, messages, and outstanding scheduling needs.

• - Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• - Ability to manage multiple requests and adapt to changing priorities.

• - Comfort using computers, email, and scheduling software.
• - Customer service, scheduling, or dispatch experience preferred.
