• Fore All is seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as Executive Assistant to the Co-founder/CEO. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you! This is a full-time position that is fully in office (five days per week onsite) at the Fore All Headquarters in Riverton, UT.

Responsibilities

• As the Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office and providing high-level support to our CEO. This unique position offers a blend of administrative responsibilities and direct support to key decision-makers. As Executive Assistant, you will have four key areas of focus: Office Management, Calendar Management for CEO, Team Support, and Travel/Event Coordination. Responsibilities include:
• Oversee day-to-day office operations to maintain a productive and organized workspace.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and coordinate maintenance when needed.
• Handle administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the team.
• Manage and organize the calendar for the CEO, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts to schedule meetings and ensure smooth communication.
• Provide administrative support to the broader team, assisting with document preparation, scheduling, and coordination of team activities.
• Act as a point of contact for team members, addressing inquiries and facilitating communication.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for executives, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and itineraries.
• Assist in planning and coordinating office events, meetings, and special projects.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role (Office Administrator, Office Manager, general assistant, etc.) is preferred but not required.
• Traits desired: Organized, detail-oriented, strong multi-tasking skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in basic office software and tools (especially Gmail, Google Drive and Google Calendar)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
