- ▪ Definition of Tracing Concept, Metrics and Change Process of the Requirements
- ▪ Managing the changes of Requirements
- ▪ Ensure that the communication with the customer follows the agreed processes
- ▪ Identification and Distribution of all Requirements
- ▪ Managing the team for Requirements Analysis
- ▪ Organization and participation in the documentation of the Requirements in the PS
- ▪ Ensure the PS is in line with the customer contract
- ▪ Developing a technical concept for the product based on the requirements
- ▪ Ensure the technical feasibility of the solution
- ▪ Ensure the compliance with legal and internal requirements
- ▪ Coordinating the interfaces between SW-, HW- and ME-development
- ▪ Be responsible for the documentation related to system architecture
- ▪ Development of the PI-Plan
- ▪ Agreement of the release planning together with the customer and project manager
- ▪ Coordination of the model shop and production for the assembly of the sample products
- ▪ Definition of the integration strategy and the acceptance criteria together with the PM and SPMs

Requirements
- 1）Bachelor's degree or above, major in Automotive Electronic Engineering, Electronics or equivalent
- 1）Over 2 years of experience in product development
- 2）Project and/or Process Experience
- 3）Over 1 year of experience in instrument cluster development
- 4）Intercultural Experience
- 5）1 years working experiences in international team
