Job description
- The Director of Operations & Account Management (US) owns campaign execution, client retention, and account growth for the US market. This hybrid role requires an expert-level, "hands-on-keyboard" programmatic practitioner who can seamlessly bridge the gap between technical operations and client-facing strategy.
- You will lead end-to-end campaign lifecycles—from audience creation to performance optimization—while actively identifying commercial opportunities to scale existing client accounts. This role is directly tied to revenue retention and growth goals.
Responsibilities

- Audience Strategy: Own the creation, deployment, and optimization of highly targeted audience segments across DSPs and data platforms.
- Campaign Execution: Manually set up, monitor, and troubleshoot live campaigns in real-time; resolve technical delivery, pacing, and performance issues in coordination with product and engineering teams.
- Process Engineering: Design and implement scalable operational workflows to eliminate bottlenecks, improve execution speed, and enhance service quality.
- Client Services & Account Growth
- Account Ownership: Serve as the primary operational contact for US clients, translating complex technical performance into clear, actionable business insights.
- Revenue Growth: Partner with commercial teams to identify upsell opportunities, support pre-sales strategy, and align product offerings with client business objectives.
- Strategic Reporting: Deliver comprehensive campaign performance reports, revenue dashboards, and QBRs to clients and internal leadership.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Revenue Tracking: Manage and reconcile business revenue reporting, tracking performance against forecasts and identifying growth trends or churn risks.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with demand and supply teams to ensure accurate billing, data reconciliation, and inventory planning.
Requirements
- • Programmatic Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on-keyboard experience managing campaigns within the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, Ad Servers, and DMPs/CDPs).
- • Client Management: Proven track record of managing client relationships, driving account retention, and hitting revenue growth targets.
- • Analytical Rigor: Strong data analysis skills; comfortable translating raw campaign metrics and revenue data into strategic recommendations.
- • Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving product environment (experience with curation or federated learning models is a plus).
- • Collaborative Leadership: Strong communication skills to bridge technical operations with sales/growth and product development.
