- The IT Support Analyst provides responsive, high-quality day-to-day technical support for StoneAge employees across the organization. This role focuses on end-user computing, workstation and account administration, and IT operations support within a Windows-based enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- • Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for onsite and remote employees
- • Support Windows client systems and servers
- • Configure, deploy, image, and troubleshoot workstations
- • Support Microsoft 365 applications
- • Manage user accounts following least-privilege principles
- • Assist with basic network and VPN troubleshooting
- • Identify and escalate potential security incidents
- • Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
- • Assist with IT projects and technology rollouts
Requirements
- • 3-5 years of IT support or helpdesk experience
- • Experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365
- • Basic networking and cybersecurity knowledge
- • Strong communication and customer service skills
