Job description

• We’re looking for a highly execution-oriented Product Marketing Manager to support and scale the day-to-day operations of our Product Marketing function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and takes pride in delivering polished, high-quality marketing assets and programs.
• You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Customer Success, Design, and Sales to bring our messaging to life through compelling customer stories, consistent brand assets, and well-crafted sales enablement materials. This role is critical in ensuring our go-to-market efforts are executed with excellence and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Asset Creation & Management: Develop and maintain core marketing and sales assets such as one-pagers, case studies, pitch decks, and battlecards
• Presentation & Template Management: Standardize and continuously improve presentation templates to ensure brand consistency and a polished, professional look across all materials
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Design to brief, iterate, and deliver high-quality visual assets aligned with brand guidelines
• Sales Enablement Support: Ensure Sales has access to up-to-date, accurate, and compelling materials to support the sales cycle
• Content & Messaging Execution: Translate product messaging into clear, concise, and impactful content across multiple formats
• Operational Excellence: Maintain organization and consistency across asset repositories, ensuring materials are easy to find and use

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in Product Marketing, Content Marketing, or a related B2B SaaS role
• AI-first mindset, bringing new tools, processes, and thinking to all elements of the work
• Strong execution skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on tight timelines
• Experience creating sales assets and sales enablement materials
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing polished, on-brand deliverables
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Design teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities
• Proficiency with presentation tools (e.g., Google Slides, PowerPoint) and content collaboration tools

• The base salary compensation range targeted for this full-time position is $130,000- $15o,000 per year. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and equity (in the form of options). This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices.
