Responsibilities
- Support senior product owner in defining and enhancing end-to-end account opening user journeys
- Focus on delivering a best-in-class end user experience
- Deliver digital client-facing experiences across all platforms
- Assist in product roadmap definition, release planning, and communication of business requirements
- Identify and elaborate on critical user journeys and business processes
- Collaborate with technology teams for effective communication and rapid product release
- Work with stakeholders from various departments to elicit requirements
- Prepare presentations, user demos, and status updates
- Define and track KPIs and promote product adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience in software or digital product management, business analysis, or equivalent roles
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development process
- Strong analytical skills to gather, analyze, and synthesize information into actionable product requirements
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive
- Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers and developers
- Partnership and collaboration with various product and technology groups
- Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Wealth Management, or FinTech
- Experience with digital products, customer journeys, account opening, and onboarding
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and presentation
- Local candidates preferred due to on-site work requirements
